I provide individual counselling, online group coaching and trauma informed and mental health and wellness workshops for Organizations in Ontario Canada.

Sat June 25th I participated in the 10th annual Climb Out of the Darkness walk for perinatal mental health in the Region. Funds go to Together Waterloo providing groups for new mamas, subsidized specialized training and community awareness.
